[BonnMotion] feedback on 3D scenarios generation and format conversion

Thank you Matthias, for the references.
I really appreciate it.

So, in regards to the conversion from BM to NS2, I think even for 3D
waypoint, the conversion would have issues, that happens when a node have
several waypoints.
