[BonnMotion] disaster area

Good afternoon. I have followed the instruction that you have given, but I
have not fully understood yet about the -J. In the first example you gave.
-J refers to factor while in disaster area example, -J refers to dimension
of movement output. Is there any difference between -J in factor and -J in
dimension of movement area?
Furthermore, may I know where to get the guide textbook Orra pdf relating
to disaster area?
i use java application.
