Bevor zum Ende des Monats die neueste
Stud.IP Version in Osnabrück startet,
wollen wir Sie über die wichtigsten neuen
Funktionen informieren.<br>

Den umfangereichen Neuerungen an der
Courseware widmen wir noch diesen Monat
einen Sondernewsletter in welchem wir die
übersichtliche und flexiblere neue
Struktur, neue Fuktionen und die
vereinfachte Bedienung vorstellen.<br>
<br>
Heute soll es um die wichtigsten
Verbesserungen außerhalb der Courseware
gehen: Dies betrifft vor allem
Detailverbesserungen, aber auch den neu
eingeführten persönlichen Arbeitsplatz und
eine übersichtlichere Suchfunktion. Die
Raumverwaltung wurde ebenfalls
überarbeitet, die Veränderungen sind
allerdings in erster Linie für die
Verwaltung relevant. All diese Neuerungen
erwarten Sie Ende September, dabei müssen
Sie während des Updates voraussichtlich
nur 2-3 Stunden auf Stud.IP verzichten. Im
Anschluss wartet dann Stud.IP 5 auf Sie
und Ihre Ideen.<br>

Ebenfalls zum Wintersemester wird
BigBlueButton an der Universität Osnabrück
auf die Version 2.4 aktualisiert.
Natürlich stehen alle gewohnten Funktionen
weiter zur Verfügung, wir können in diesem
Newsletter aber bereits zwei besonders
häufig gewünschte neue Funktionen
ankündigen:

<li> Es wird möglich sein, Umfragen auch
anonym durchzuführen. Durch diese
Einstellung können die Antworten der
Teilnehmenden nicht mehr zugeordnet
werden. </li>

<li> Sie können nun auch einen
virtuellen Hintergrund einrichten, der
den Hintergrund Ihres Kamerabilds
automatisch maskiert. So sind nur noch
Sie und der virtuelle Hintergrund zu
sehen und nicht mehr der Rest des
Raumes hinter Ihnen. </li>
