KI) beraten und unterstützen kann.<br /><br /><b>Umgang mit generativer KI</b><br />Aktuell erstellt ein Team aus dem virtUOS in enger Abstimmung mit der Universitätsleitung ein diesbezügliches <b>Positionspapier</b> und eine erste <b>Handreichung für Lehrende</b>. Darin werden z. B. konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die Nutzung von KI-Tools in der Lehre zu finden sein.<br />Wir wollen uns aber nicht nur theoretisch mit dem Thema KI auseinandersetzen, sondern auch ganz <b>praktische Angebote</b> schaffen: Deshalb ist u. a. ein Workshop für Lehrende im Rahmen der hochschuldidaktischen Qualifizierung in Planung. In kürzeren Vortragsveranstaltungen (Stichwort: <a _blank="" href="https://digitale-lehre.virtuos.uni-osnabrueck.de/2023/10/17/lehrsnack-neue-online-reihe-fuer-lehrende-startet-am-26-oktober/">LehrSnack</a>) greifen wir Einzelaspekte (wie veränderte Prüfungsformate) auf und bieten Raum für den Austausch. Auf derartige Angebote werden Sie weiterhin in den kommenden Newslettern auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Zudem bietet es sich an, die Newsankündigungen in Stud.IP im Blick zu behalten.<br /><br /><b>Diversität in der Lehre</b><br />Häufiger als bisher soll 2024 auch das Thema Diversität in der Lehre in unseren Angeboten Berücksichtigung finden. Dort gibt es u. a. den Hinweis auf die aktuelle Handreichung der AG Diversität am IMIS an der Universität Osnabrück.<br /><br /><b>Freiraum für die Lehrentwicklung (2025)</b><br />Die Stiftung "Innovation in der Hochschullehre" hat eine neue <a _blank="" href="https://stiftung-hochschullehre.de/foerderung/freiraum/">Freiraum-Ausschreibung</a> veröffentlicht: Diese Ausschreibung soll "Offenheit und Kreativität in der Hochschullehre ermöglichen. Die Förderung soll die Freiheit schaffen, Ideen für die Lehre zu entwickeln und zu erproben" - so die <a _blank="" href="https://stiftung-hochschullehre.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/StIL_FR25_Ausschreibungstext.pdf">StIL-Stiftung</a>. Es werden Mittel für experimentelle Konzepte vergeben. Die <b>Interessensbekundung</b> findet vom 12. bis 23.
