<b><u>Das virtUOS-Sprechstundenformat
ändert sich ab Februar</u></b> <br>
Ab Februar werden wir die bisher
wöchentlich stattfindende Sprechstunde
nur noch einmal im Monat anbieten. Sie
haben somit an <b>jedem ersten Montag
im Monat um 13:30 Uhr</b> die
Gelegenheit, technische und didaktische
Fragen zu unseren Produkten und
Dienstleistungen im Rahmen der offenen
Sprechstunde zu besprechen. Neben dieser
monatlichen Sprechstunde bieten wir bei
Bedarf punktuell Sprechstunden zu
bestimmten Themen an. <br>
Grund für die Entscheidung ist, dass wir
uns künftig mehr der <b>individuellen
Beratung</b> zuwenden möchten. Diese
können Sie bequem und bei Bedarf
kurzfristig individuell buchen. Wir
beantworten Fragen zu
Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Werkzeugen rund
um Stud.IP, Aufzeichnungen mit Opencast
oder Videokonferenzen mit BigBlueButton
und beraten Sie gerne bei der Planung
und Umsetzung konkreter
Lehr-/Lernszenarien. Weitere

<b><u>Podcast@UOS: Castopod steht zur
Verfügung</u></b> <br>
Podcasts finden zunehmend Einzug in den
Hochschulkontext. Lehrende lassen
Podcasts als Studienleistung erstellen
oder nutzen das Audio-Format zum
Wissenstransfer. Mit zwei Podcaststudios
und einem umfangreichen technischen
Equipment bietet die Universität
Osnabrück über das <a
href="https://digitale-lehre.uni-osnabrueck.de/uos-digilab/" _blank"="">DigiLab</a>
bereits jetzt gute Rahmenbedingungen für
die Podcast-Produktion. Mit <a
href="https://podcast.uni-osnabrueck.de/" _blank"="">Castopod</a> kommt
nun eine <b>an der Uni gehostete
Plattform</b> hinzu, über die
selbstproduzierte Podcasts
veröffentlicht werden können. Darüber
hinaus können Lehrende und Studierende
ihre Podcasts auf den gängigen
Podcast-Plattformen wie z. B. Apple und
Spotify verbreiten. Weitere

<b><u>„KI-Gebrauch im Studienkontext
dokumentieren“ – Wie kann das
gelingen?</u></b> <br>
KI-Systeme können bei der Bearbeitung
von Aufgabenstellungen im Arbeits- und
Studienkontext, wenn wir sie geschickt
und sinnvoll einsetzen, eine große
Unterstützung sein. Die Bewertung der
Eigenleistung im Studium ist jedoch
zentral für den Erwerb eines
Hochschulabschlusses, da sie
idealerweise den Kompetenzerwerb
widerspiegeln soll. Da stellt sich die
Frage: <b>Wie können Lehrende
konstruktiv mit dem (unvermeidbaren)
Gebrauch von KI im Studium umgehen?</b>
Hierbei kann die Handreichung
„KI-Gebrauch im Studienkontext
dokumentieren – Hinweise und
Arbeitsmaterialien“ helfen, die im
Rahmen der niedersächsischen
Austauschrunde zu KI in Studium und
Lehre entwickelt wurde und bei der Ly
Lutter und Jasmin de Nys vom virtUOS
mitgewirkt haben. Die <b>Handreichung</b>
enthält Vorschläge, wie die Verwendung
KI-basierter Hilfsmittel im Bereich der
Leistungserbringung reflektiert
erfolgen, kenntlich gemacht und
dokumentiert werden kann. Zur

<b><u>KI in Studium, Lehre und
Prüfungen: Uni Osnabrück als
federführende Hochschule im
Verbundprojekt</u></b><br>
Das Land Niedersachsen fördert von 2024
bis 2029 unter der Dachinitiative „<a
href="https://hochschuledigital-niedersachsen.de/home/" _blank"="">Hochschule.digital
Niedersachsen</a>“ (HdN) mit 25,4
Millionen Euro die Zusammenarbeit aller
staatlichen Hochschulen des Landes im
Bereich Studium und Lehre. Mit den
Mitteln der VolkswagenStiftung sollen
niedersächsische Studierende und
Lehrende hinsichtlich des digitalen
Lehrens und Lernens begleitet werden, um
auf diese Weise den Herausforderungen,
die mit dem technologischen Fortschritt
einhergehen, erfolgreich zu begegnen. <br>
Das nun geförderte <b>Verbundprojekt
„Digitale Lehre Hub Niedersachsen“</b>
beinhaltet insgesamt sechs Teilprojekte,
um die Digitalisierung der Hochschulen
kooperativ und gewinnbringend
umzusetzen. Von den sechs Teilprojekten
profitieren letztlich alle 20
niedersächsischen Hochschulen. Als
federführende Hochschule koordiniert die
Universität Osnabrück unter der Leitung
von Dr. Andreas Knaden (virtUOS) das
Teilprojekt „KI in Studium, Lehre und
Prüfungen”, in dem alle
Verbundhochschulen aktiv mitwirken. Die
Universität Osnabrück ist insgesamt in
fünf der sechs Teilprojekte eingebunden.

Hinweisen möchten wir alle Lehrenden auf
die nächste Ausschreibung „Freiraum für
die Lehrentwicklung“ der <a
href="https://stiftung-hochschullehre.de/" _blank"="">Stiftung
Innovation in der Hochschullehre</a>.
Ab dem <b>10.02.2025</b> können
Interessenbekundungen über das
Förderportal eingereicht werden. „Im
Rahmen von „Freiraum” können Ideen für
die Lehre entwickelt und erprobt werden.
Es gibt keinen thematischen oder
fachlichen Schwerpunkt. Gesucht werden
Projekte, die durch ihr
Innovationspotenzial überzeugen“, so die
