Liebe Lehrende, <br>

der erste Monat des neuen Jahrs ist schon
wieder vorbei und das Ende der
Vorlesungszeit steht vor der Tür. Danke,
dass Sie sich in Ihrem stressigen Tag
gerade jetzt Zeit für diesen Newsletter
nehmen. Dieses Jahr wird viele
Veränderungen für die Universität mit sich
bringen und auch im virtUOS laufen erste
Vorbereitungen für spannende Neuerungen: <a
href="https://www.studip.de/studip-6">Stud.IP
6 ist letztes Jahr erschienen</a> und
bringt vor allem ein frisches neues Design
mit sich. Sobald wir planen, das Update
für das Osnabrücker Stud.IP vorzunehmen,
erfahren Sie es natürlich an dieser
Stelle. Das <a
href="https://lehrportal.uni-osnabrueck.de/2025/12/05/bigbluebutton-3-0-verbesserungen-fuer-handheben-warteliste-und-moderation/">letzte
Big-Blue-Button-Update</a> ist ebenfalls
noch nicht lange her und hat umfangreiche
Verbesserungen bei der Darstellung von
gehobenen Händen mit sich gebracht. Auch
unsere Veranstaltungsreihe wird sich
verändern, bleiben Sie also gespannt auf
die Termine im kommenden Jahr. Ganz
aktuell zum Beispiel der Praxisdialog: <br>

<a
href="https://www.uni-osnabrueck.de/virtuos/hochschuldidaktik/leitfaden-transferprojekt-und-reflexion">Das
Transferprojekt</a> ist ein zentraler
Baustein des hochschuldidaktischen
Zertifikatprogramms. Dabei wenden
Teilnehmende, die das Programm im
laufenden Semester absolvieren, ihre neu
erworbenen Kompetenzen in einer eigenen
Lehrveranstaltung an. Es kann um die
Lösung eines schon länger bestehenden
Problems in einer Lehrveranstaltung gehen,
um die Veränderung von Prüfungsformen im
Sinne der Kompetenzorientierung oder auch
um eine konkrete Lehrmethode, die eine
Verbesserung der Lehre verspricht. Die
Projekte umfassen jeweils auch eine
individuelle Evaluation und Reflexion der
Ergebnisse. Den Abschluss bildet ein
gemeinsamer Termin, in dem die erprobten
Ansätze vorgestellt werden und Lehrende
sich über die dabei gemachten Erfahrungen
austauschen: der Praxisdialog. <br>

In diesem Semester findet der Praxisdialog
online an zwei Terminen (mit jeweils vier
unterschiedlichen Projekten) statt:

Multiplikator:innen in ganz
unterschiedlichen Arbeitsfeldern
in die Gesellschaft hinein wirken.

</a> Am 3. Dezember 2025 hat an
der Universität Osnabrück der
erste Tag der Lehre stattgefunden.
Im Mittelpunkt standen die letzt-
und diesjährigen Projekte aus dem
Programm "LehrZeit", aber auch
einige Institutionen mit Bezug zur
Lehre stellten sich in der
Postersession dar. Vor allen
Dingen war der Tag der Lehre auch
ein Tag des Austausch und reger
Gespräche. <br>
