<p class="MsoNormal">es gibt Neuigkeiten zum Thema „Testen“,
und zwar eine gute und eine schlechte Nachricht <span
style="font-family:"Segoe UI Symbol",sans-serif">😊</span>
! <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Zuerst die schlechte: Leider stehen die
Teststellen auf dem Campus Innenstadt und dem Campus
Westerberg im Moment nicht zur Verfügung. Wir hoffen zwar,
dass dies bald wieder der Fall sein wird, haben aber noch
keine definitiven Informationen des Betreibers. Es gibt aber
eine Ausweichmöglichkeit, um allen Studierenden, die nicht
geimpft oder genesen sind, die Möglichkeit eines
kostengünstigen Tests für eine Übergangszeit vom 11.10. bis
zum 22.12.2021 zu gewähren.<span style="color:black"> Es
besteht nun die Möglichkeit,<b> das Testzentrum
Stadtbäckerei, Kampstraße 45 (weitere Information unter
<a href="https://clicktestbuy.de/stadtbaeckerei/"
moz-do-not-send="true"><span style="color:#0563C1">https://clicktestbuy.de/stadtbaeckerei/</span></a>)
</b></span><b>zu nutzen. </b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> In der Teststelle haben Sie von 07:00
bis 9:00 Uhr unter Vorlage der Campuscard (oder, soweit Sie
noch keine besitzen, unter Vorlage des
Willkommensschreibens, oder Ihres Zulassungsbescheides) die
Möglichkeit, einen Test in Anspruch zu nehmen.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Nun die gute Nachricht: Wie Sie wissen,
werden die Tests aus dem Etat der Universität
subventioniert, damit nicht die ab Mitte Oktober fälligen
hohen Kosten für Tests aufgerufen werden müssen. In
Absprache mit dem Betreiber konnten wir die <b>Kosten für
das Testangebot für unsere Studierenden auf 4€ reduzieren</b>.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Ich möchte die Gelegenheit auch nutzen,
Sie auf einen geplanten weiteren Besuch des <b>mobilen
Impfteams</b> der Stadt Osnabrück am 19.10. und 20.10.
2021 sowohl auf dem Campus in der Innenstadt als auch am
Westerberg hinzuwiesen. Dazu wird es noch entsprechende
Informationen geben.<sup> </sup>Schützen Sie sich und
andere!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In meiner letzten Mail habe ich
angedeutet, dass wir an einer freiwilligen vereinfachten
Lösung für den Nachweis eines Impfstatus arbeiten (z.B. ein
freiwilliges UOS-Armband, das nach dem Nachweis einer
Impfung ausgegeben werden könnte). Nach kritischen Stimmen
gegen diese freiwillige Lösung (äußere Kennzeichnung von
Geimpften, Vergleiche mit dem Nationalsozialismus) haben wir
uns dagegen entschieden. Der Nachweis einer Impfung oder
Genesung erfolgt daher wie üblich durch ein entsprechendes
Zertifikat/ärztlichen Nachweis. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">First the bad news:
Unfortunately, the Corona test sites on the campus in the
city center and the Westerberg are not available at the
moment. We hope that this will be the case again soon, but
we have not yet received any definitive information from
the operator. However, there is an alternative to give all
students who have not been vaccinated or recovered the
option of an inexpensive test in the period from October
11<sup>th</sup> to be granted until December 22<sup>nd</sup>,
2021. It is now possible to use the test center

At the test center you have the opportunity to take a test
from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. by presenting your Campuscard
(or, if you do not already have one, presenting your
letter of welcome or your letter of admission).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Now the good news: As
you know, the tests are subsidized from the university's
budget so that the high costs for tests due from
mid-October do not have to be called up. In consultation
with the operator, we were able to reduce the cost of the
test offer to € 4 for our students.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">I would also like to
take the opportunity to invite you to a planned further
visit of the mobile vaccination team of the city of
Osnabrück on October 19<sup>th</sup> and 20<sup>th</sup>,
2021 both on the campus in the city center and on
Westerberg. There will be more information about this
soon. Protect yourself and others!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In my last email I
indicated that we are working on a voluntary, simplified
solution for proving a vaccination status (e.g. a
voluntary UOS bracelet that could be issued after proof of
vaccination). After critical voices against this voluntary
solution (external labeling of vaccinated persons,
comparisons with National Socialism) we decided against
it. Evidence of vaccination or recovery is therefore
provided, as usual, by means of a corresponding
certificate / medical certificate.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

soon clarify all the practical questions that naturally
