The scientific congress "New Music Technology 1999" with its topic "Global

renowned musicologists and educationalists. Its aim is to inform the public
about the present developments of scientific debate regarding new technology

between music and electronics will be discussed and analyzed.
Interested members of the public are invited to contribute to the congress and
to participate in workshops.
Under the leadership of specialist lecturers all participants, whether
