Step by step guide to submit an abstract for IASFM19
- The submission of abstracts will be done through the Even3 platform, at the following link <https://eventos.unisantos.br/iasfm19submissionform/> https://eventos.unisantos.br/iasfm19submissionform/
- A full page regarding the event will load (it might start in Portuguese but after a few seconds the English version will be on)
- Scroll down to the “Submission” item (passing by the items “about the event”; “submissions forms”, and “activities”)
- Click on “Submit Paper”
- A login page will appear. Please create an account or log in using an existing account or a Facebook account
- Click on the “Registration” tab (at the left side of the screen) – Do not choose submission as this is a paid option that we are not using for the event.
- Click on “Registration” green button and the Submission form will appear
- When there are instructions regarding a specific item, they can be found in the ? symbol after the item’s statement
- If you need to change the platform language, you can do so by clicking on your name at the upper right hand and choosing the language in the item “My profile”. If you need to change the submission form language, there is an option to do so once you click on the form on its upper left hand
- Please fill in the form.
- Whenever there is a “?” there is information regarding the specific item to be filled
- Please note that the Biographical Questions are optional. They appear below the blank space of item “I” that does not need to be filled. They encompass items J, K, L and M of the form.
- Upload a pdf file with your proposed abstract. Individual papers or marketplace of good practices should have up to 300 words whereas panel submissions might be up to 750 words (and should include the titles and abstracts of all presentations after a brief description of the panel). The abstract item might appear at the beginning or at the end of the form
- Click on “continue” to review the information and submit your proposal
