März 2015 Motto: ?Geoinformatik in Bewegung? Die Weiterentwicklung von neuen Geoinformationstechnologien (GeoIT) verläuft weiterhin rasant und erfasst immer weitere Teile des Lebens. Einerseits werden analoge durch digitale Lösungen ersetzt und andererseits entstehen ganz neue Möglichkeiten und Produkte. Die GeoIT baut auf den IT Plattformen Mobile, Internet und PC auf und löst Fragen des Raumbezugs. Es werden verbesserte, digitale Antworten auf das Fragewort ?Wo? geben. Einladung: Im Sektor ?eGovernment? treibt insbesondere die INSPIRE Gesetzgebung mit einer enormen fachliche Breite und Tiefe den Fortschritt an. Dieser wirkt unter eigenen Rahmenbedingungen von der EU bis zur Gemeinde und orthogonal vom Eigentumskataster bis in 34 Fachbereiche hinein. Neben INSPIRE gibt es aber auch weiteren Aktivitätsfelder und Projekte im Bereich eGovernment und in den Flächenverwaltungen, wie Zweckverbände, Infrastruktur- unternehmen (EVU, Verkehrswesen) und Initiativen. Ebenfalls sollen neue Entwicklungen aus dem universitären Umfeld wie Projekte und Lehrpläne über diese Konferenz angesprochen werden. Es werden über 300-400 Teilnehmer erwartet, die über Fachvorträge und Keynotes, Postersessions, themenspezifische Praxisworkshops sowie ein Angebot sozialer Events miteinander in Kontakt und Austausch treten werden.
