Dear Colleagues,

A while ago, we called your attention to the call for a doctoral
colloquium on "Methods for analysing spatiotemporal data", which is
jointly convened by the DGK and the DGPF. We have now decided not to
cancel this event, but to hold it as an online event on the day
originally planned (1 October). In the meantime, we have received
several submissions (Thanks a lot in case you've contributed one of
those!), but in view of the current situation, we considered it fair to
extend the deadline to 15 July for those who had doubts as to whether
this event would take place in the current pandemic. You can find the
updated call here:

https://www.geoinfo.uni-bonn.de/doktorandenkolloquium2020

We would like to encourage the doctoral students among you to use this
event as an opportunity to receive feedback from peers at different
stages of their academic careers in a safe space where ongoing work can
be openly discussed. We would be pleased if you would spread the word if
this call could be of interest to your doctoral students or to anyone
you know!

Kind regards,
René Westerholt, Franz-Benjamin Mocnik, Bernhard Höfle, Jan-Henrik Haunert
