Dear Sakshi,

both, RandomStreet and MSLAW are map-based mobility models, which
require you to specify a scenario bounding box using GPS coordinates
(-B), a fitting OpenStreetMaps file for position generation (-o), and
the URL of a running Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM) instance
(v4.8.1) for the same area (-u).

Details can be found in the documentation included with your downloaded
BonnMotion version. Alternatively, it is available online at:
https://sys.cs.uos.de/bonnmotion/doc/README.pdf

Furthermore, it might be advisable to increase the stack/heap size for
your Java virtual machine, e.g., by altering the respective parameters
in your bin/bm shell script (-Xmx/-Xss).

Kind regarads,
 Alexander
