[BonnMotion] How to running smooth model

Hi Andri,

welcome to the mailing list. The model parameters and their descriptions
can usually be found in the model help output (run bm -hm SMOOTH in your
case) and often in the BM documentation. Example parameter values for
two scenarios (with matching parameter names) are provided in table VI
of the SMOOTH paper from 2011.
